What a repair visit covers
K&D Roofing will say when a Southport roof should be repaired and when it should be replaced. Repair fits when the roof is younger, the damage is in one area, the deck is solid, and the leak traces to a specific failure. Replacement comes up when the roof is old, several areas are failing, shingles are curling or losing granules, or the same spots have been patched repeatedly. You get that distinction in writing on the estimate.
Call K&D Roofing at (919) 977-4074 for a Southport roof repair inspection, or send the address through the contact page. The office is 8601 Six Forks Rd Ste 400, Raleigh, NC.
