An inspection is a look at the roof, the drains, and the metal at walls and equipment, with notes on what K&D Roofing finds. It is not a promise about insurance coverage.

Maintenance plans
The annual plan for existing customers includes:
- Roof and gutter debris removal twice a year
- A roof inspection with a written report
- A free annual tune-up: sealant touch-ups, boot collars, and re-nailing
- Repair and replacement discounts
- VIP priority scheduling
