What a repair visit covers
Penetrations are a common Apex repair: plumbing boots, box vents, and exhaust flanges. Rubber boots crack, and a vent whose nails have backed out lets in wind-driven rain. K&D Roofing replaces the boot or reseats the vent and checks the shingles around it. The rest of the roof is left alone when it is still doing its job.
Call K&D Roofing at (919) 977-4074 to schedule a Apex roof inspection. The visit looks at the leak, the shingles, and the metal before anyone talks about a new roof.
